F.I.T.! - The new fitness program on SWR television gives viewers
ideas for the design of their leisure time. Sought the best leisure
and sport idea is in the country. In every show three proposals will
be presented by creative minds from the southwest and tried. In the
fifth episode of the series to prove presenter Stefanie Tücking and
fitness expert Matthias Haun together with the journalist and TV
presenter Ulrich Kienzle in downhill mountain bike riding, playing
golf and salsa aerobics. The candidates are Rupert Falco (mountain
bike), Tübingen, Juliane Liebherr (golf) in Fribourg and Ivam da Silva
(salsa Areobic) from Freiburg.

(trampoline gymnastics) from Speyer and Laura Shepherd (kendo) from
Stadecken-Elsheim at Mainz.

Once a year passing through a Victorian train - called "Pride of

Ocean, from Cape Town to Dar es Salaam. A trip through South Africa,
Zimbabwe, Zambia and Tanzania. An adventure trip through steppes and
savannas, evergreen past vineyards and rugged mountains, clear lakes
and thundering waterfalls, valleys and famous national parks.
Altogether there are more than 6,000 kilometers. And for the first
time allowed a film crew for ARD on board the train. A train? No: the
"Pride of Africa" ​​a rolling five-star hotel is similar with 37
suites, two restaurants, a lounge and observation cars. Africa - close
